Early check-in was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed affable and lovely staff and owner. It had a great setting really close to the lakeside as well as the afternoon park. Plus it was located so close to the centre of town.

The terrace at the penthouse was a sunny oasis offering breathtaking views of the Ohinemutu Maori village, St Faiths Church, and the lake. It felt like stepping into a postcard, with the added bonus of comfortable outdoor seating.

It has huge rooms and favourable location close enough to the centre of Rotorua, the lake and Shops. Apartment's staff is genuinely helpful. Has exceptionally comfortable beds. It is off the beaten track, I loved that;))

The venue has quiet and top setting to Saturday markets for breakfast. It's very close to the park as well as the lakeside and all the restaurants.

the lakeside view was amazing, overlooking the picturesque lake in rotorua. the air conditioning provided a cool and comfortable atmosphere. the room was beautiful and had all the little touches like breakfast refreshments and toiletries that made our stay enjoyable. we would definitely recommend this place to others.

We loved the view from/and the living room. Refeering to the price you get a pretty good breakfast and a nicely prepared facilities.

No a/c, bugs everywhere, no lake view or breakfast as advertised. Stay somewhere else!

We chose this hotel for our corporate offsite as it was conveniently located minutes away from Rotorua Hospital and Tama-te-Kapua Meeting House. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with a spacious studio and great amenities such as a comfortable bed, excellent shower, and laundry facilities.

The only service that was missing for our work needs was a dedicated workspace or desk in the studio.

We really enjoyed the trip here. Had early check-in too. It was located in a great area so close to everything...

Well, the bathroom was very dirty.

We had a very comfortable stay in Rotorua next to the water front and numerous restaurants, and weekend farmers market. It was good and absolutely perfect near the lakeside👌

We had a great time at Lakeside City Apartments. The location was perfect for exploring Rotorua, with easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. The unit was comfortable and had clear instructions for check-in. The bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the little oasis with a view of the lake. The Saturday markets nearby offered a delicious breakfast with lots of options.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Lakeside City Apartments - Studio. The location was perfect for exploring and the small deck provided a great view of the lake. The bed in the studio was comfortable and the microwave and toaster were convenient. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice break from eating out. Access to the property was easy and the communication from Manu was informative. Highly recommended.

The value for money at Lakeside City Apartments - Penthouse And Studio was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a lush bathroom. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of the lake, and the staff, especially Manu, were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

Great location, easy to access from the main road. Special parking slots in front of the apartment. Comfortable and clean room with good air conditioning and free wifi.

No designated area to wash dishes, even though a dishwasher was stated to be available. Some furnishings had a lingering cigarette smell.

We enjoyed spending time on the large balcony, soaking up the sunshine and sipping on a glass of wine. The apartment was modern, spacious, and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was great to have the independence of a self-check-in process. We highly recommend this place for a family getaway.

For dads, it would be great to have a children's play area on the property.
